These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the website tradesedge.ai and related online experiences offered under the TradesEdge^™ brand (collectively, the “Site”). The Site is operated by Lean Tree (“we,” “us,” “our”). TradesEdge^™ is a division and service brand of Lean Tree.

Agreement. By accessing or using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site. We may update these Terms from time to time; the “Last updated” date above will change, and continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

Not legal or professional advice. Content on the Site is for general information and marketing purposes only. It is not legal, financial, tax, or other professional advice for your business. You are responsible for your own decisions and for complying with laws that apply to you.

Use of the Site. You may use the Site only in compliance with applicable law and these Terms. You agree not to misuse the Site—for example, by attempting to interfere with its operation, probing or attacking systems without authorization, scraping in violation of our rights or applicable law, or submitting false or misleading information.

Communications. If you contact us or provide your contact details, you agree that Lean Tree (operating the TradesEdge^™ brand) may communicate with you about the Site, the Services, and your inquiries—including by email or SMS where you have provided a number and applicable consent. Text messages may include automated marketing and service-related content where permitted. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply HELP for help or STOP to cancel. Intellectual property. The Site, including its design, text, graphics, logos, and other content, is owned by Lean Tree or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark (including the TradesEdge^™ mark), and other laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from the Site except as expressly allowed by law or with our prior written permission.

Third-party services. The Site may include links or integrations provided by third parties (for example, chat or scheduling tools). Those services are subject to the third party’s terms and policies. We are not responsible for third-party services or content.

Disclaimer. The Site and all content are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Limitation of liability. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Lean Tree and its directors, officers, employees, and contractors will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from or related to your use of the Site. Our total liability for any claim arising from the Site will not exceed one hundred Canadian dollars (CAD $100) or the amount you paid us specifically for the matter giving rise to the claim in the twelve (12) months before the claim, whichever is greater—except where liability cannot be limited under applicable law.

Indemnity. You will defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Lean Tree from claims, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your violation of these Terms or misuse of the Site, to the extent permitted by law.

Governing law. These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Manitoba and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Manitoba for disputes arising from these Terms or the Site, subject to mandatory consumer protections where they apply.

Severability. If any provision of these Terms is held invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect.
